Commission enquiries

The commission form collects your name, email address, optional company and phone details, and the project information you choose to provide. PhotoX uses this information only to review and respond to your enquiry.

Please keep your initial message general. Do not include confidential business information or sensitive personal information. PhotoX can arrange a more appropriate way to share details if they are needed for the project.

Protection and retention

Enquiries are protected with an anti-spam check and delivered to the PhotoX business mailbox. Ordinary enquiries are deleted within seven days unless the information becomes part of a quotation, booking, contract, or other business record that must be retained.

Service information

The website and anti-spam service may process basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. PhotoX does not use the contact form to send automatic marketing messages.
